Delivery Time
Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Limited edition prints are printed and prepared to order so please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery within Australia.
Paintings may require framing so please allow 2-3 weeks for this. If you are ordering multiple items and some require preparation they may be sent to you separately and arrive at different times. You will be notified via email if this is the case.
Shipping
Domestic orders
All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post standard parcel post or private courier. Please allow 3-7 working days after dispatch for delivery. Elephant & Rose will not be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
International Orders
International shipping is not currently available as standard. Please send an email to jiah.harrison@bigpond.com to enquire and to obtain a quote.
Returns and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind. If an item is faulty then please contact jiah.harrison@bigpond.com so that we can organise a refund, repair or replacement.
Product Care
Please read the care labels carefully as some items are delicate and will require special treatment to maintain their vibrant appearance.
